Micro-Egg is a new concept for us. This module allows the user to track egg incubation from laying to hatching.
Typical usage is for the small egg production farm or simply backyard poultry. In order to operate this system, you require little knowledge of how to use bespoke systems as the use of this database system will allow any user to keep track of all eggs, whether chickens, ducks, geese or even crocodiles - any oviparous animal, but mainly aimed at macrolecithal eggs.
Below is an example of how it has been used in the BackYard raising of Geese. It has been found to substantially reduce the number of errors made by misreading information in an environment where several people are involved in the process. Since detailed information is taken, along with any notes and any supplementary information, reference can be made at any time to quickly reaffirm stages of production.
